Music recognition features can listen to a short part of a song and identify it for you. No more trying to remember three words from the chorus and searching them on Google.

It is basically like having Shazam built into your pocket.

2. You Can Scan Documents Without a Scanner 

Need to turn a paper into a digital document?

You probably do not need an actual scanner.

3. Your Camera Can Recognize Things

4. You Can Search Text Inside Photos 

This one is incredibly useful.

That means you can copy text from a photo instead of typing everything manually.

So that picture of your homework does not necessarily have to stay a picture.

Need to check whether something is straight?

You probably do not need to find a physical level.

Many smartphones have a built-in level tool that uses the phone's sensors to determine whether a surface is flat or angled.

It might not be the first feature you think of when you think about your phone, but it can definitely come in handy.
